New Rapala KOIVU Rod – All Round Performance
Rapala Southeast Asia launches its latest lure-casting rod, the Rapala KOIVU – an all-round performer from casting in freshwater rivers and lakes to brackish mangroves and open saltwater. The word “Koivu” means ‘birch’ in Finnish, which is the inspiration behind the KOIVU range. Responsive, strong and easy-casting, the KOIVU is an ideal multi-purpose rod whether for crankbaits, jerkbaits or even soft plastics.
The Rapala KOIVU features a regular fast taper blank, making casting longer distances a breeze. Fuji Alconite guides and VSS/ECS reel seats come standard in this 6’5″ (6’6″ for 12-20lb rating) lure casting rod.
